
Warranty Upgrade for Overseas Channel 91果冻
Dahua will upgrade the warranty policy for its overseas channel products. Here are the main highlights of the update:
Warranty start date:
- The warranty period starts from the date when the channel product’s serial number (SN) is successfully scanned via the Dahua Partner App.
- If the Dahua Partner App is unavailable in a region or the SN cannot be scanned, the warranty will instead start from the distributor’s sales date (distributor must provide sales data and link with Dahua’s system).
- If no sales data is shared by the distributor, the warranty period starts from the Dahua shipment date plus a buffer: +60 days for products shipped from Dahua factories (Shipment date means the exact date when the goods leave the Dahua manufacturing facilities). or +30 days for shipments from local warehouses (Shipment date means the exact date when the goods leave the local warehouses).
Special Reminders:
- For Dahua Wi-Fi products, the warranty period starts from the product activation date.
- If the warranty period is otherwise agreed upon in the contract signed by the Distributor while ordering Dahua products, the said contract shall prevail.
- The warranty policy upgrade of Dahua's overseas channel products does not apply to buyout, OEM brands, hard drives, and project procurement contracts.
